I am a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and a Physical Therapist.

Hypnotherapist education.

Hypnotherapy is a type of alternative medicine in which hypnosis is used to create a state of focused attention and increased suggestibility during which positive suggestions and guided imagery are used to help individuals deal with a variety of concerns and issues.


I use a unique approach that combines experience, compassionate insight, and lightheartedness, and work to help each client to discover their unique state of being, and to take steps to proactively optimize their health. My formal education includes:

- Physical Therapist, Döpfer private academy for physiotherapy, Schwandorf, Germany
- Continuing education in lymphatic drainage and edema therapy as a physician-certified lymph drainage and edema therapist, Nuremberg, Germany
