Philosophy

While Western medicine regards a person as healthy, if he does not show any illnesses or their symptoms, and even in the case of their occurrence, Ayurveda begins with the care of the patient beforehand. According to our western way of thinking probably to see as prophylaxis.

The Ayurveda attaches particular importance to the balance of the three doshas (bodily, principles), which are in equilibrium both responsible for physical as well as mental-spiritual well-being. The aim of the ayurvedic treatment is not only to create this balance, but also to preserve it.

An ayurvedic way of life also means to live in accordance with the cosmic laws. The approach to the explanation of the cosmic laws, the being and the application of ayurvedic knowledge in everyday life, which is rooted in Indian philosophy and is important for the system of Ayurveda, is the principle of permanent creation.

I would be glad to help you with my holistic treatment. The goal here is to have a positive influence on all three levels of being:

- Growth and healing opportunities.
- behavior patterns to come out, the exemption from it
